How does the design process work for virtual clients?
The process is seamless! After selecting your packages, you'll receive our Clients Welcome Packet, including links to our design questionnaire and instructions for room measurements. We will then craft your personalized design, based on your style, budget and needs, and you'll receive deliverables according to the package timeline.
What if I need more revisions?
Extra revisions can be purchased at a $60 rate.
Can we incorporate existing furniture and accessories into the design?
Certainly! We welcome the incorporation of existing furniture and accessories, provided they align with the design plan. If any compatibility issues arise, we'll communicate the reasons to you. Ultimately, the decision rests on you.
How do I communicate with the design team during the process?
Communication is exclusively through email at hello@efarchitecturaldesign.com.
From which stores will you be purchasing items for my design?
This depends on your preferred style and budget. We work with everything from pocket-friendly (e.g. Target), nitch (e.g. Serena and Lily), and high-end stores (e.g. Arhaus).
What measurements and details does the layout plan include?
The layout plan includes all necessary measurements and comments for flawless design execution. These include distances and measurements (eg. distance from wall to sofa), as well as specific comments on alignment and distribution between furniture and decor items.
What is the payment timeline for the design process?
The invoice must be paid in full through our online store before commencing the design process.
